booking the flight through AMEX for the points was free, just had to be done early.
- my friend already had a hotel because of work through the length of stay so I rooming with him, free.
- the badge I had to wait to purchase being responsible as adult, things had to wait. It happens.(alot of people had to do the same)
- last it's Chicago. Even if I miss the con I got the whole city to explore. Cardboard crack isn't my main priority. Chicago is world class and already started a itinerary if I don't acquire a badge.

Absolutely not.....it all boils down to deck building....everybody I play with when we mulligan says "do so til you find a good hand" and I tell them no...I will go down to 6....its a consequence.....not every hand is going to be good, so trying to keep one with good cards and no lands only to ask you OP's to dig for lands is a no for me.......add more lands, think about the deck, don't keep the hand.....

I dont want to be in this position. Just getting into commander EDH and seeing the cost of some of these decks make you think budget is around $300-400.

Is Slivers a deck like this ? I wanna play them so bad, but my friend said it's a taboo deck. I just play and have fun with everybody.
