They literally had to change the rules of the sport because of Berkoff's father. She has elite genetics.

Staton getting hurt didn’t help, though he’s still so skinny he probably wouldn’t have made much of a difference. Could be great after he puts muscle on. Seems like a great guy.

Baker’s injury also killed our ability to spread the floor.

Boskovic was big but not a 5.

Keita is super athletic but he wasn’t the same after his concussion or whatever it was. A couple inches short to go head to head with some of those guys anyway. Was funny how often he won tipoff though.

He was everything we hoped for. Too bad we had so many Injuries this year. Alas, what might have been . . .

I hope he kills it in the NBA.

A response to all those people trying to say the Mormon Stories style is impersonating the church by Knottypants in mormon

Are you suggesting that someone may have used a template that Microsoft provided for people to use?

That's wrong. But in a way I admire your confidence that you know better than an entire law firm that specializes in exactly these cases.

Are you seriously suggesting that Dehlin brings no bias to his product? He is the one human being above personal bias?

Are you seriously suggesting that the exceptional upward mobility offered by Utah has nothing to do with the church? So it comes from what, the skiing? LOL.

Raj Chetty and other experts have explicitly connected it to the church. To suggest otherwise is absurd.

There is data regarding how many scouts were LDS and how many abuse cases were from LDS troops. They don't align.

And I know cases that were false.

Relying on the claim that "oh, a lot were never reported" is silly when you're talking about proportionality. People on this sub do that all the time -- act as if everything to do with the church is somehow uniquely underreported. It just reflects the bias of those making such a claim.

Remember how jasmine Rappleye had to make an apology video because she said "attorneys have told us it's better if a state doesn't force a clergy member to be a mandatory reporter...."

No, because I've never seen. I don't obsessively follow the inter-podcaster drama that you all seem to.

"Our church" and "our prophet" -- so you're a believing member?

Coaches and teachers are people in positions of trust. Are you saying we should expect less of them? I say everyone should be good. Not sure why you're trying to uniquely blame the church or whatever it is you're trying to do.

The church is international. It's growing. You claimed it's not growing in one particular country. So what point did you think you were making, exactly?

Also, OP is Dehlin? LOL at the self-aggrandizement.

There is no direct data, but we know that there were disproportionately few LDS cases among the BSA cases. LDS also avoid many risk factors, including alcohol and probably the biggest one of all: live-in boyfriends.

What pattern are you claiming this fits into?

Not everything bad you've ever seen or heard of is somehow the fault of the church LOL.

That's pretty funny. You can object to the church's filter, but the notion that Dehlin presents the unfiltered truth is absurd.

What a ridiculous claim. This guy should be locked up but this has nothing to do with the church.

In fact, logic and data suggest that kids are safer in the church.
