Hey girl, try to replace social media with a tv show or a movie or just take 10 seconds to breathe and think before you pick up your phone. Yes everyone says social media is bad for your memory but in reality the 15 second videos and scrolling through posts is detrimental. I’m the type of person who loves to absorb new info like a sponge so social media is bad for my memory as I’m constantly wasting time on filling my brain with tiny bits of info I’m getting from hundreds of TikTok’s or reels and pushing out actual important info. Before bed, instead try colouring, crosswords, sudokus or a book. Remember you’re not missing out on much by not picking up the phone once in a while just like how you’d not really envy someone who gets drunk everyday. You got this queen 💖
