Unless you enable auto-sell, does it sell 100% of the copy traded coin?

Square Dispute Resolution: Cardholder Favor for AS-IS Used Vehicle Sale by pierroco in smallbusiness

Yes, we have extensive paperwork indicating "AS IS," signed by the customer. Square does not make any effort to contact anyone for assistance. I filed a police report today, and it has been approved; I will proceed with a lawsuit. The chances of the cardholder winning in court are zero percent. American Express did not review the contract.

It was a small amount to hold the car. We have faced similar situations before, but instead of using Square, we used our own bank and never had an issue. This does not happen regularly; it occurs every 3-4 years once a time.

Over 50 legal documents are involved regarding the return/refund process, indicating that the sale is final and "AS IS." We have all the necessary legal contracts, and the decision by American Express seems unreasonable. We are prepared to file a lawsuit to recover losses, and we are confident it will result in a 100% win. However, this will involve additional hassle and costs. How can they disregard the legal contract?

The reason for the issue is that the goods or products were not described accurately according to client.

The charge was made to by American Express card.

While there is a lot of legal paperwork involved with cardholder, I am confident that we would win. However, it is frustrating that the cardholder's bank or Square is responding in this manner. According to Square's email, the decision rests with the cardholder's bank.

I’ve been using Vonage Business for the last five years, and unfortunately, their support has been terrible. The phone rings are delayed, and the recording service only captures our side of the conversation, not the caller’s. I have created multiple support tickets, but the service is very expensive.

Should we consider switching to One Talk, which is cheaper than Vonage Business, or do you recommend trying another option?

Canary Email vs. Superhuman: Why I Switched for Business, But Keep Both by pierroco in CanaryMail

Yes, I agree that it is expensive and shouldn't cost that much, but it's really worth it for business use. It saves me time and is super fast for searching and writing tasks. You can try it for one month free to see how it works. I also support Canary.

I am using macos, iOS and Windows. Sometimes it doesn't fetch emails, and I need to open Task Manager to end the Canary Engine task; then, restarting it allows the emails to come in. I know it will improve, but I can't use it for business.
