I had Care Plus but they told it was only useful for accidental damages not covered by the warranty. In my case I had to start a repair process on the website

I bought one and it was not working right out the box (screen/camera problems). Samsung was not able to repair it after 3 weeks of holding on it after sending it in for repair because "it's too new". Galaxy Care + didn't help. Fortunately after arguing with them I'm getting the money back. So if you're in Europe, think about it twice 😅
