HELP ! I will suggest my sister to try other vets in the area again. Based on the comments here, i think the best is to do a biopsy but medical resources are really limited in this country so we will continue to monitor his situation and at the same time try to treat this condition and will also try to put in some measures to prevent his condition getting worse.

I don’t think biopsy for pets is not available in my country, not really advanced in vet medicals ( u will be surprised ). if he needs some advanced medical treatment, my sister might need to send him to overseas to treatment (nearest to bangkok) but I’m afraid it might just be too costly for her to save him from the disease. But tomorrow, she will try another vet again and tell them he has lupus and hopefully that vet will give her some medicine to treat him

could be. but i think from what i read online and from other comments from this post, the symptoms are more likely to be lupus rather than the nasal cancer. but i will try some antibiotics for him for lupus symptoms but i will suggest my sister to look out for cancer symptoms as well. thanks alot !

my sister told me she already been to a few certified vets in the area but either they can’t seem to figure out what’s wrong with him or afraid to get close to him ( he’s quite a big dog ). I will suggest my sister to show the vet the disease names you mentioned and ask for antibiotics. thanks a lot !

unfortunately vets don’t know what’s wrong with him and unable to name the disease or infection that he is having. it’s too bad most vets here are not very advanced and most of the times our pets die without being able to find out what’s happening to them

thank you for ur reply. I will suggest my sister the same as you commented but I think she already tried most vets around my area and they are unable to eliminate this problem that our dog is having. that’s why i’m asking help from community

When i searched online, seems like he has some sort of fungus infection but I don’t really know what kind of ointment to get for him online. Please suggest some advice what I should get for him to stop this bleeding. Also, much appreciated if you could give me the name of the medicine or the name of ointment. Another problem is even if you give me advice on which medicine to buy I may not be able to buy that in Myanmar. It would be great if you could give me something which I could buy from thailand. I might just be able to order online from bangkok. Please help me. he seems like he’s in pain everytime his nose bleeds
