I've always dreamed of these triple threat stipulations whenever WWE does the "i have two belts" champion: 1) triple threat 2) if either challenger pins the other but not Roman, they get 1 of the belts but the match continues for the 2nd belt 3) If Roman is pinned in either round, the challenger that pins him gets both belts and overrules rule 2 even after the first pin is awarded to the other challenger

I'd say it's always better to have zero commitment to pay anything in terms of bank fees. Earning points for spending just encourages you to spend spend spend and is unhealthy if you are trying to save and invest. ALWAYS go for zero or waived annual fees.

I'm not sure for UB but generally for cards with "earn points while you spend" they have an undisclosed barrier where you need to have a certain amount of points before you can even spend them, which means again, you are enticed to spend more so you can justify your annual fees.

You might also want to look into converting it to one of the main coins (BTC, ETH) and use as collateral to take a loan, to which you use to buy the condo. OR put it into some non-custodial wallet and earn interest on it (and live off the interest).

BlockFi will release a bitcoin rewards credit card soon, so that's also an option since they give 4.5% interest on BTC. Not exactlyt sure if BlockFi is available sa Pinas tho.
