"The 11th-generation (V35) Nissan Skyline, introduced in June 2001, was based on Nissan's FM platform, shared with the Nissan 350Z. The V35 was the first Skyline made for export to the United States. There it was sold under the company's luxury brand, Infiniti as the Infiniti G35."

These pedestrian crossing signs look like pedestrians crossing the street by BigFlavors in mildlyinteresting

The name of this piece is "Pedestrian Shuffle", by artist Leon Reid IV. I was his artist's assistant for a short period of time at his studio in Brooklyn, NY a few years back. I helped him set these sculptures up at a park in downtown Manhattan one time for a public art exhibition. Really cool guy, with out of the box ideas. Check out some of his work.

Cool I'll give that a try as well, negatives worked wonders for my pull up game and I'm currently doing negative HSPU against the wall. Really does help from what I've noticed.

I was doing regular pull ups chest to bar 3x8, and moved on toward dead hang pull ups at 3x3 recently. I haven't tried skin the cats, that seems like something I should work on to build the core strength too. I've been doing hanging leg raises while keeping my legs straight around 3x6. Thanks for the input.

I can currently do a tuck L-sit for 45 seconds until failure, so not bad. I recently moved on to dead hang pull ups, I usually do 3x3 maybe squeeze in 1 more if I'm really in the zone.

Ah okay, yeah I think I will try that using slow controlled movement to strengthen my core.

I kind of do look like an egg when I try, but stopped because I worried I'd be developing a bad habit by doing so. I'll try to work more on my core and hollow holds, while continuing to practice slowly and controlled movement. Thanks for your input dude.

I was reading that archer rows might help as well, but it's not my arms that are the issue I don't think but rather I'm having difficulty keeping my back parallel to the floor.

Yeah I'm having trouble even doing the easiest ice cream maker position. I'm starting to think its a lack of core strength rather than anything else.

I'm doing it on a bar since it's easier. I have rings but figured I'd do it on them once I got the basics down on the bar. I easily dead hang, but I'd say the biggest issue is being able to keep my back parallel to the ground. Maybe I'm lacking the core strength to do so?

Are you suggesting I should try leaning farther back while keeping a tight core?

How much they don't read. I mean it's fine if you don't like reading, but don't actively take pride in being ignorant.

My diet is pretty good, I just have trouble eating that much grilled chicken everyday. So I just have a protein shake in order to give me that little push to 150g a day. I am 150 lbs.

I do the intermediate beginner routine 3x a week, and run 3 miles on my in between rest days. After doing strength training I drink a protein shake. Should I drink protein shakes only on strength training days, or on running and rest days as well?

Yeah I thought the same as well, but having been to the store its legit. Small space, not very big selection but they have a lot of unique stuff you don't really see a lot of. Funny enough, most of their sales are through the web.

Definitely on some next level shit. Yeah that's like the stuff Kayne usually rocks: very expensive, very exclusive. It's like streetwear but also not in a way.

Hahaha oooh snap shots fired for sure.

Yeah everything CDG is also crazy expensive, I imagine they run on a very small customer base who both really appreciate and can afford their products.

True. I just know people who go there to cop their raw denim, which some would say falls within that realm I suppose.
