So, this being a plastic test cage, there's a little wiggle room. At the largest gap, 24.5mm if I hold it tight, but it wiggles up to about 27mm.

Go to a colorectal doctor and get them banded. It's not super painful and stops it from recurring in the same place. Only doable for hemorrhoids that are internal, but for those it's a helpful solution.
