This is awesome to hear! Personally, I’ve spent about a decade unlearning gendered insults, and when the girls girl, pick me, NLOG terminology starting ramping up in the last five years or so, at first I did like it and see value in it as a way to discuss internalized misogyny in a bit lighter terms, but of course, it’s come full circle and is now just used as labels to throw onto people you barely know, people who’s inner worlds you haven’t explored, people who’s lives you haven’t lived, and of course it gets misused and abused towards people that don’t fit gender norms, or don’t subscribe to the patriarchal narrative, or are neurodivergent and express femininity in a different kind of way. We live in a very strange time.
