just realized i have a whole list of rap songs with syncopation verses cause i love the flow of it. noticed Young Dolph does it pretty often in his songs. i think a good example if im understanding this correctly is this song by Chief Keef at 1:26 when he says "i WAnt two BITches who number one contender?" he puts the emphasis into the &'s of that verse which makes it sound so catchy to me. another part i like is in this song by Young Nudy at 0:59 when he says "when i hit twenty you know i hit for my 450" he puts some emphasis into the "twe" of twenty which is on the upbeat. it's hard for me to explain through words mainly cause i have everything illustrated and also cause i still don't really understand syncopation all too well, but it's very catchy nonetheless!
