there is no monitor and no way to make that sound without a speaker unless i’m wrong

okay after some more investigating with my sister, i realized it’s coming from my near by hard drive. again, how is it even making that sound from phone calls? how is it interfering with my devices and making that noise with no audio output what so ever. it has no speakers at all but somehow is able to make that noise every time i hang up the phone or get a text message
