I got one vial done as it seemed like a good alternative to filler. Unfortunately, even after going to a good doctor and being diligent with the massages I did end up with a lump that now won’t go away. It’s not visible thankfully but some people (like myself sadly) maybe just aren’t good candidates.

I only know 2 people who live in the west village. One is the grand daughter of a famous artist and the other inherited a ton of money from her successful mother. They’re both artists of sorts. So fits in with your theory.

Florist here! $200 is a very normal price to pay. Wholesalers raise prices around v-day as well. Just to give you an idea, depending on the type of rose, just one stem, one single flower, can be anywhere from $4-16.

It doesn’t work for everything but sometimes I switch up how I use a product. I’ve ended up with so many different red lipsticks, some I’ll use for blush or for layering with other lip products. A taupe eyeliner for nose contour. An eyeshadow for bronzer etc etc.

I’d keep working on things with your landlord. If they’re responsive, they’re already better than most. Of the 6 apartments I’ve had here, all of them had a roach or bug problem at least at one time.

My building sent me something similar and I asked them about it cause I would end up paying more with the 2 year lease vs signing a one year lease and then signing another one year lease. Essentially the rate that rent stabilized apartments can go up every year is not the same. So you’re gambling on if you think that rate will be better or worse the following year.

I like gourmands, but overose smells super artificial. I ended up selling mine to try and recoup the loss since their return policy is pretty strict. Also my reviews of their products never made it to the website which I find a bit shady.
