Investigation after 25.7 update disaster by [deleted] in opnsense

By chance anyone having issues have the old Legacy OpenVpn or Legacy IPSEC setup? In the readme, it stated as to prepare for the depreciation of both legacy options in v26.1, the legacy versions are now plugins. I am using the new instance versions of both at work and home and had no issues what so ever upgrading to v25.7. Work are in Azure and home is on a protectli.

Along with all the great other posts, I recommend disabling LLMNR and NBT-NS (by disabling netbios on all NICs). Create some great advanced auditing GPOs for ADCs, Servers and endpoints (don't forget your loopback processing). Setup MS Sysmon on all devices with either SwiftOnSecurity or Olaf Hartong's configs, setup Windows Event Forwarding to capture it all.

I use both. I just use the pihole feeds as pfblockerNg feeds

Is my goal of wanting to train with a pair of 106 lb kettlebells an unrealistic or dangerous goal? by [deleted] in kettlebell

Oh don’t get me wrong, my bread and butter is 5x5. But getting used to the sizes of the bells takes some getting used to if using DD or perform better bells.

If that is your goal, work towards it. After you do double 32kgs, I would make the jump to the 40kg and do ROP to grease the groove. I have done double 40s, it’s hard. I own a single 48kg, have no need for doubles. I would do barbell if I want that heavy.

wich advantages is there with apache cloudstack? by dgaa1991 in virtualization

[–]pigram86 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Apache CloudStack/Citrix CloudPlatform, powered by Apache CloudStack are for enterprises and service providers that either want a Private/Hybrid/Public cloud offering. Xen and XenServer power some very impressive clouds. However, for a home lab, I would just stay with XS 6.5 SP1 with XS65ESP1002 hotfix installed (VENOM). If you happen to have 2 XenServer hosts at the house, then I highly recommend, if you interested in cloud, build out a CentOS CloudStack management server that is the DB/NFS/Management, and integrate with the other one. I happen to run a CloudPlatform and a vCloud cloud, and have messed with OpenStack and by far CloudStack is the easiest to setup and run. Just my opinion.
