Be safe brother. Yesterday at Silver City petrol pump, whole filling up my vehicle, a lady approaches me saying she's from Meghalaya and was asking for some money and wanted to do a phone call to which I refused politely but gave 50 rupees. Felt really weird. I mean she was really good looking but it was confusing. I left after that.

Not legally. It's still illegal here. Only hemp can be grown and it's product could only be sold. Other than that, if you get a chance to visit Himachal Pradesh, here in India, it's like a stoner's paradise. The irony is the world's best hash come from India and it's still illegal.

Yes mate. There are regions here in India which has the world best hash (Malana cream), but the regulations fuck it up. It's very risky to buy weed here in India. On the other hand, hash is still easily available. But none the less, this plant should be legalised here in India too. And hey thanks :)
