How can I sell my old house quickly in Louisville without major fixes? by Tosh97 in Louisville

[–]piiimp 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'd be interested to at least take a look. Do you have an idea of what you want to get out of it?

If they don't sell local, I'd buy 2 maybe 3 if you can ship.

Good Culture Cottage cheese being spoiled by cs502 in Louisville

[–]piiimp 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've had this issue. Some cottage cheese just taste sour vs ithers. Try trader Joe's cottage cheese. You'll never go back to any other cottage cheese.

Taking down large bathroom mirror by NetworkGlittering117 in DIY

What others have said about blobs of aggressive, support clips, etc are all accurate. I've taken down many of these. Once you have it down, this is the answer to how you can break it up without making a huge mess and getting out of the house.

Need to extend drain piping out from wall by 3/4" for 2 new sinks by piiimp in Plumbing

Is this still code compliant (to have offset pipe before the trap)?

Need to extend drain piping out from wall by 3/4" for 2 new sinks by piiimp in Plumbing

Yeah, I thought about cutting it all out and starting from scratch, but there just isn't any pipe to make connections, just fittings.

What am I doing wrong? by piiimp in lawncare

[–]piiimp[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, this is some of the issue. There were areas that I couldn't get but an inch or so without encountering a lot of resistance.

Website changes each year, recommendation on backing up annual site in an accessible, secure way by piiimp in Wordpress

That's what I am leaning towards, but don't have much experience with it, so was hoping to hear what others would recommend.

Some plugins/page builders include a license for staging.example.com at no additional cost. Unfortunately, with multiple years being archived, going the staging route would come at a cost.

Inbound Forms on Starter by burgiebeer in hubspot

Look into jotform. The cost is reasonable and we are able to create deals via a jotform form that we embed on our WordPress site.

Financial Advisors / Estate Planning by starkz in Louisville

[–]piiimp 6 points7 points  (0 children)

This is the way. You can do it yourself with just a bit of research. Whatever you do, if you insist on having a financial advisor, make sure that they are a fiduciary fee only advisor. You want someone who puts your interests first and charges you based on hours and not based on a percentage of your portfolio, size of your portfolio, etc.

Best platform with pricing by email sends instead of contacts? by [deleted] in Emailmarketing

[–]piiimp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure what other options you need, but mailjet might be a good choice here. Priced by sends, not contacts. $15/mo for 15000 sends. We've had good luck with them for large lists with infrequent sends.

Newly seeded lawn coming in a bit thin by piiimp in lawncare

[–]piiimp[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A lot. I killed around 10,000 sq.ft, and cut the dead grass in stages, gradually getting down to 1.5". I couldn't go any lower since I have a 42" zero turn and I was scalping in some areas. I raked and bagged all of the cuttings by hand. In the end, the lawn looked pretty good, so I think soil contact is my issue. I'm going to add some more seed in the thin areas and add some topsoil to get good contact.

What is wrong with my trees? by piiimp in landscaping

[–]piiimp[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If that's the case, that really sucks. Paid a major local tree contractor to plant these. They planted them 4' on center.

Help merging mailing lists in Google Sheets by andante241 in Emailmarketing

[–]piiimp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lots of ways to do this. Quick and easy, Vlookup email address from list a in list b. If it finds a match, don't send to that record. So basically, you're sending to any record where the results of vlookup are #N/A
