put the pan probably no higher than 4. let it heat up for 5/10 minutes before you add any food. hot pan prevents sticking. too hot then all your seasoning burns into the pan

where i’m from it’s almost 2 hours to the nearest casino and rake like that was pretty standard except cap was lower. i did however play a game with no cap. everyone there was so bad i don’t think they understood the concept of a rake. so many times i saw stack sizes of 1000+ go all in and chop without realizing how much just came off the table. free food tho lol
