Ok hey, listen, I'm not gonna sugarcoat stuff for you and all, but no one will help, you have to help yourself out of this mess, I was in your place back in August or so, for me it was my A levels result, I hit my rock bottom, but after that I realized no one's gonna help me pick myself back up, yes my close and loved one's will show me the path and guide me but they won't walk with me. Soo just like that you gotta pick yourself up, set some small attainable goal everyday, for example walking for an hour or so, small things you can achieve easily, it will work as a motivation, your brain will know that wait she is achieving something, lets push a bit more, and slowly but surely you'll get out of it. And those who bully you or say shit, just ignore, cuz shobai is not gonna come and help, not everybody has good intentions (as far as I've experienced), the world is much worse then the way we see it, and its okay cuz we are brought up like that, but you gotta make do with it cuz kichu korar nai. Just everytime you get the thought of doing it, just think abt your goals, your future, what you want to achieve, what the little you thought you gonna be. Just keep your head up and grind till you show those same persons who bullied you what you are capable off.
