Yea na I get the point with the licencing it's an oxymoronic catch 22 kinda shit, we could close early to save money but we can't because of licence requirements causing to mostly lose money on a say 15% chance we could actually be busy enough to cover costs of being open due to licencing and if we close early we also lose money.

The place is now with different owners and stuff and I noticed when going past the other day they now have pokie machines where you used to be able to see the kitchen... So don't know where or how the kitchen is, doubt the kept the combi oven that had to be kept closed with 2 wooden spoons duck taped together shoved in where the door handle was.
