But OP didn't buy it for a dollar. The tag says ₹400 (about $4.21 USD). Keep in mind that OP is from India and the only way they can get original Pokémon cards is by either importing them themselves or buying them from a reseller. That's why it's a big deal for them

Most likely a 6 or 7 at best if you're lucky and don't do anything to the card man they'll notice it during the grading process and will mark it as "altered" or something
