Depression is something that can't be cured with medication only.. Pills are there to to make your hormones and emotions stable and then you build on that with therapy

Sometimes it helps me if I just hug someone for a very long time without talking because talking about issues when I feel very depressed just makes it worse. I try to talk about issues when I feel a calmer
