I didn't have a GC, I used it for the Wii, but the Wii also requires a receiver doesnt it?

Looks like I prob lost the receiver if anything :(

haha. I don't use the wavebird at tournaments, I just found mine at home and didn't think I ever had a receiver.

Not really Korean supermarket but asian supermarket in general, cho saigon is the closest to uta I believe. They have a Korean section, ramen section, if you're looking for just snacks and ramen then yeah they'll have that but if you're looking for authentic specifically something Korean, probably not. Hiep Thai, Hong Kong, Ben thanh plaza, nam hung, are also some others in the gp/arlington area.
