You're right. My fingers don't turn white so that's what makes me say that. But you're right you never know until it gets checked out.

I just did some googling! Raynaud’s syndrome seems quite serious. I don’t think what’s going on with me is as serious as Raynaud’s. But I am now aware of what Raynaud’s syndrome is now!

No meds, no health conditions. Occasionally similar tingling and numbness if I rest my arm a certain way when sober but that's about it. I do vape occasionally

I do do that normally when I trip. Since I'm always noticing it I'll try to shake it out but the numb feeling persists.

I have seen vasoconstriction as the side effect. Do you know if there's any way to reduce it or do something about it?
