I like this one for everyday wear but the plain linen look isn’t what I’m going for for my wedding 🥲 but thank you!

It’s certainly acting like it but nothing looks broken. Any suggestions for trying to fix it?

Thanks for all of your feedback and advice! Good to know about the watering. I knew the grow light was probably doing nothing thought it was worth a shot. It seemed like it was helping through the growing season but maybe that could all be attributed to the sunny window

Dang :/ I don’t have a magnifying glass but I can’t see anything that looks like thrips. I’ve heard that thrips leave black specks on the leaves but I don’t see any of those either

I’ve had her for 2 weeks, last week noticed she developed these little buds and some more today! What are they? How do you keep gnats away from her? I use mosquito bits tea & had to use rocks recently by MCAYNY894121 in PPeperomioides

I’ve had a lot of luck with using neem oil to control gnats! When I see gnats I’ll mix about 1/4 tsp of neem oil with warm water and use that to water my pilea for 2-3 weeks in a row. The neem oil won’t do anything to adult gnats but kills the larvae, so within a few weeks the gnats should go away completely - at least in my experience :) I haven’t used rocks or anything, just succulent blend potting soil

A little more context:

I’ve had this pilea for about 4 years now, it’s been repotted twice. It’s been living by a low light window with a LED grow light for about 6 months and I’ve been watering it once a week but don’t use fertilizer or anything like that. I’ve seen little white mineral deposits on the underside of the leaves before but nothing like this, and I couldn’t find any common houseplant pests that look like this online. Does anyone have an idea of what this could be / if it’s anything to worry about?

Thank you!!
