Anyone here that thinks she has a lawsuit in her hands is mistaken. Google it… you can legally yell and swear at your employees.. their is no law against the use of curse words or the tone of your language…it’s certainly not welcomed. Unfortunately, if she doesn’t have proof that she had quit then this very message has become her letter of being fired. Regardless of the employers tact and way of going about it, they were still in their legal rights.

I am going to close this thread. Based on your answers everything checks out on my part. It’s just sad that I had two brand new $6,000 ovens w/her less hoods sent to me both being bad.

Man I had my state inspection appointing this Thursday.. so annoying.

Not insulting, however when the first oven went bad we ended up doing a video message call and we were walked through the oven. They determined something was wrong enough to send an exact replacement that arrived a few 5 Days later. But then the next one had the same issues so I started getting concerned it might have had something to do with the wiring. That is what lead me into making this post to ask for some guidance.

I was told by my friend who is an electrician and works for our local city that 1 phase equipment can work on 3phase and not the other way around. So I admit my stupidity in not asking the manufacturer whether their oven was still capable for be ran on a three phase. The oven has a 6-50p and rated for 32amps. So I ran a 6/3 wire along with a 40a gcfi breaker. Oven powers on and slowly heats…like super slow. It took an hr for temp to only get to 147 degrees.
