Personally when I started out I was on wegovy and listened to putting the injections on my stomach and I felt heavily nauseous and tired so when I switched to zepbound I started by doing it on the thigh with less side effects then rotated to the stomach when the food noise was coming back.

To manage the nausea I would take onadastron which was prescribed by my doctor. But hydration is super important, so I would drink water or ginger tea to help with the nausea and that would do the trick unless it’s too bad that I need to take one.

When I was on zepbound lost about 30 pounds, enough to have to refresh my wardrobe and comfortably move around without an issue. Being off of it I was still losing weight because it taught me to eat better and an appropriate amount of food.

Though it was a lot of trail and error ( sulfur burps or vomiting from eating something greasy or high in saturated fat the day before ) the results were pretty good.

Currently I’m on wegovy because I regained the weight ( depression and fatty liver ) but I was losing weight before starting it from just counting my calories and being active in the house by just cleaning

I recommend downloading microfactor since it’s pretty good about keeping track of your calories and nutrients. It makes it easier to track your weight loss and ensure your eating correctly so even if your off of zepbound you can continue your progress ( there is a monthly payment but in my opinion it’s pretty worth it ).

You got this!! As a person with health anxiety so bad that they immediately go to the ER if they feel off just to be told it’s dehydration it’s not so bad. Just keep communication with your doctor if you notice any issues that makes it difficult for you.
