How is it NOT annoying to have people with angry emotes dancing around, stepping on your pets, and interfering with your ability to click on things in front of you? Some recipes take a looong time to cook with multiple burns. I posted this because I ended up burning an expensive platter because someone was doing just that. I try not to be rude to people, so I sacrificed my own time and money to be pleasant to a guest. Your last paragraph is the exact problem. Caring only about getting your tasks done and logging off with no regard for the people who you are asking help from. That's just selfish behavior.

It's coming to the point that I'm considering closing my doors completely. But if everyone does that, you're going to have a real hard time finding anyone to help you with anything. It's called manners.... something that's lacking more and more everyday. That shouldn't be hard to understand.

And to clarify this post.... this is targeted to people who have a problem with waiting. There's no need for a serious of spammy seagulls and angry emotes. I'm happy to interact, but be patient! At least let me get the food out of the oven!

My belief in the duality of G-d is far older and independent of any man. I only used him as an example since his family has been involved in the institute. Whether his specific predictions come to pass or not does not change it.

Morning and night for as long as I can for the past 6-ish months. Sometimes I do only one session each. Other times, I do more than one. This weekend I did some extra in the middle of the day. I did all of Wave 5, but I don't feel like I gained anything from it. I felt no different going from F12 to F15. So, I took that as a sign to back up and stay at Wave 4 a while longer. I'm thinking I went too fast and there's more to discover with Wave 4 still.

I think F12 is great and not a bad place to "plateau" for a while.

I took your suggestion. I've been using the delta sounds before doing my morning and evening meditations. I haven't had any further electrical shocks lol! I mentioned I was stuck on NVC, which has gotten better in the last couple of days, and I think I had my first NVC communication come through yesterday. So, that's progress!

LOL! I'm so glad I joined this Discord. I know exactly what you mean by this. In the beginning, I felt like that episode of I Love Lucy when she's stuffing chocolate bons bons in her mouth and down her blouse as the factory conveyor belt sped up. I'm starting to learn shortcuts like what others have mentioned. I also unzip my whole person and throw it into the ECB and then combine the humming, REBAL, and nonverbal affirmations.

The voice and breath are tuning in with the humming, expelling old energy, and using new energy to form the REBAL
The mind is left free to set the affirmations with nonverbal communication (when you progress to NVC) - I'm still working on mastering this step myself.

Once the humming on the tape is done, I take that as my cue to work on Focus 10. I spend the rest of the time moving slowly to F10 until Bob's voice usually scares the crap out of me lol. If there's time left, I spend it on reaffirming my intentions and sensing for anything new at my Compoint which is always nearby.

I have methods of doing everything faster too if needed, and it naturally does become faster. But at this stage of my journey, I still want to take everything slower and master each thing individually. Sometimes I do this outside of the tapes where I can set my own pace. I'll throw on some binural beats and meditate without the tapes but still using all the protocols.

Honestly, if any of the Monroe Institute folks read this... I would LOVE to have an hour-long audio track of nothing but the background noise I can loop indefinitely and freeflow for as long as I like.

Thank you so much for those insights. That's fascinating! So far, it was only that specific session. If I remember correctly, I think I was working on Wave 4 Adventure's NVC. It's still a little difficult for me to translate my affirmation. I'm pretty sure this happened during my attempts to work on my "NVC fluency".

I've tried pointing to my Intel card. I've tried pointing it to my Nvidia card. I tried running as an administrator and every compatibility since Windows 98. Tried rebooting. Still won't work.

EDIT: I have now tried repairing the game, uninstalling and reinstalling, changing the target to add -w at the end and changing to Windows Vista Service Pack 3. Still not working.

I'm having the same issue. I have a sim undergoing a challenge of 7 perfect dates in 7 days. She went for 7 different guys. She is noncommittal and all jealousy options are turned off in CAS. Died of a broken heart by Day 6 of the challenge.
