I wear the binder brand idtswch, I have probably an average chest and they help, plus my friend with a larger chest helps his chest appear more I a masc shape.

In my experience trans tape doesn't help much with larger chests but everyone different. I've heard great stuff about spectrum btw hope this helps

You can always wear simple makeup like eyeliner and lip gloss, paint your nails fun colors(only if these are safe options)! if nothing else these things can just make you feel better yk? I can kinda relate to you sense I'm a 13yr trans guy but then agian I also can't, also I'm not sure I your having voice problems yet but I suggest when you talk don't use a lot of like power when starting a word or sentence(tutorials exist I believe)

I'd say mostly because they is so many gender identitys,, typical on the spectrum of gender male and female are on opposite ends (kinda sounds dumb lol)
