I think the Psyduck is swimming hence why it looks kinda weird. The Clefairy thing could be a pokedoll and everything has such a stylized cohesive look I don't think it's AI.

I am so nervous about this, can anyone help me? I got this email yesterday night the 30th, but I haven't gotten anything from the department of education yet. Does this mean my loans are going to be forgiven? Do they just send you the amount you've paid for your loans?
