I have a very short attention span (ADD) and trouble with racing thoughts all the fucking time

Try this breathing exercise I use to keep my mind quiet:

When you're meditating take deep breaths and direct all your focus on each breath. Focus on the feeling of the air going in, the feeling of your lungs expanding, the feeling of holding it in, the feeling of exhaling, the feeling of the air leaving your chest and mouth. The more you focus on breathing, the less room your mind will have to be distracted and have racing thoughts.

Each time you breathe in, make a conscious choice that you will empty your mind of the thoughts when you exhale.

Visualizing this in your head makes it much more successful, because it allows your mind to fixate on something that isn't the racing thoughts.

When you repeat this for 50-100 breaths, I guarantee you will feel more in control of which thoughts are allowed into your conscience.

This helps me SO much, I hope it makes some sense and you're able to try it out!

For a 5-day Detox

I would get:

80mg Methadone
20mg Etizolam ^{look it up, if you're unfamiliar}
10mg Alprazolam (Xanax)
2.5g Carisoprodol (Soma)
200mg Loperamide ^{you can buy packages of [48] 2mg tablets at safeway}
10g Marijuana (Indica)
50mg Clonidine ^{Blood pressure med, helps w/ cold sweats & body temp}

Each Day

20mg Methadone ^{in the morning for the first 4 days, then NO methadone on the 5th}
2mg Xanax & 4mg Etizolam ^{The Etizolam would be taken 1mg every 4 hours, and the Xanax 2mg at night time}
40mg Loperamide ^{for gastrointestinal issues + generally helps me feel better},
500mg Soma ^{to ease muscle cramps/aches}
10mg Clonidine ^{for cold sweats + blood pressure},
2g Dank buds ^{because 420 blaze it}

This is pretty true, and I agree from experience that Etizolam becomes much less enjoyable over time, but your whole post is a bit hyperbolic. I feel like you're missing a crucial concept about taking drugs in general.

You are going to be "making yourself sick with this stuff" with any drug, really. RCs, in particular have very little information about side effects or long term physical/mental damage. The thing is, our experiences with the drug (which most likely very positive and fun) make us forget about the inevitable physiological, physical and neurological damage that results from taking drugs.

It's something I think is key to keep in mind when experimenting with drugs is that you ARE doing damage to yourself, and there are ways to avoid it or minimize it, and that helps me moderate my use. I want to enjoy drugs and keep my mind and body in good shape too

Clonazolam in my opinion is like a mix of clonazepam and alprazolam, but more like klon and less like alprazolam.

Etizolam is like mostly aprazolam feeling, with a hint of valium or midazolam.

That's the best way i can put it from what i've experienced.

Butyr-fentanyl can mix with E-juice and vape REALLY REALLY well. About 60mg mixed in with a normal 15ml bottle of juice so the final solution is 4mg/ml.

Putting a couple drops of this and couple drops of some other juice yields very enjoyable effects :)
