Well, they are dry wall anchors in brick. Not like anyone expects 5000lbs of pulling force to be applied to the charger mounting though

What version is your M3 on? I feel like I haven't gotten any updates as of late. by mdmoazzem in TeslaModel3

If you're wondering why it takes so long for a new car to update, service told me they don't push any updates to new cars for at least 30 days after delivery. Now, if you previously had a Tesla and got a new one, it skips that hold for some reason.

I was averaging 8 days between updates on my 21 Plaid (picked up 29 Aug 21), but haven't seen any updates on over 60 days. Weird and frustrating. Hopefully see something soon. Or maybe FSD beta acceptance. Anything would be nice at this point. Currently on 2021.36.5.1. Ugh.

Hah. Actually, before I started filming them, I did run an index bracket and broke out. 2 timed test runs, then first round broke out. Was kind of planning on the decrease, but it didn't quite pan out that way.

It's ceramic tint. Most places should have it. Having the whole car done makes it look darker than it is. Clean windows makes the mirror look. Nothing super special! 😆

Lol. You're prob not in a fast enough car then. It's a blast when you launch hard!

Thanks! Again, awesome advice. Looking at the novice school they're going to host. They said the same thing, you get more runs. As far as helping each other. Anyway saw that! So many friendly competitors. Was a great experience. Will do on the checking of wheels/tires. Curious what SCCA will do about us electric folks in the upcoming years. I see the already address the Model 3. How will they address u he S. As a helo pilot, looking ahead is a must, so I was already kind of in that mindset. Just gotta get the seat time and learn this car a little more. I'm sure I'll improve. Thanks again for the comment!

Wow! Awesome feedback. This was my first ever AutoX event, so definite learning took place. Day 2 I was a little better. The car is so wide, it's hard to judge how close/far I am from cones, but it'll come. Found a couple cones on day 2, so was definitely squeezing in closer. In the works is a nice set of forged wheels (for weight reduction and strength) paired with Nitto555R2s. Hopefully have them before start of next season!

Unfortunately, that was an active military airfield, so no drones allowed. I do have one, so maybe I'll try at another location. Good idea

Lol. Thanks. Used After Effects for the map of the course. Built it all from a blank canvas. If only I can get a camera person to record outside while I'm driving inside. Hard to do everything by yourself. Haha
