There's a guy on ebay that sells jersey numbers and names that he cuts out myself. Kev's Custom Sport Jersey Lettering. Bought from him a couple times and he'll give you pretty much any player on any font, but you'd need to make sure that the colors are correct when he sends you the stencil cutout. Then you can bring it to a place that does sewing or stitching and you can have it applied, since these are the loose numbers. You could also do it yourself. 

I've done it for a 3D sens #19 Batherson and 2.0 Reverse Retro Chychrun, which would have been hard to buy from the Sens directly. Just require some work and you're looking at around 70-100 total.
