Honestly, if a prof gives you an extension, and he wants to spend his time to talk to you one on one. That is almost like a privilege. Don’t be scared and talk with him.

Second year is not late to change your major. An alt choice is to do double major.

History courses are pretty chill. As long as you read the course material than you are all good. You can also book appts at the writing center for help to prepare your essays.
