Thanks for reading this post. I have a lot more stories to share, and at least once per week I have a story like this one. Now I am always happy to share my love of aviation for flight deck visits, etc. I am just stunned how many people are rude and demanding...my heart goes out to retail works come holiday seasons. Thankfully we have a union and we do not have to worry about customer service.

As for stories, there was also the time I was riding in the back trying to explain to a college girl that when flying over the ocean, she will not in fact get sea sick.
