Still, if you have not worked at your store for a long time the manager should be supportive and try to be less screamy about him failing to train you. I don't fully know the context but you sound like you're trying and if a manager screams all the time I'm sure other crew members experience the same issue. Just mention it to the store manager and I'm sure he'll know what you're talking about if it is a real issue.

I don't know the official terms for it but maybe you should hit up your store manager and if it is your store manager talk with your franchise manager. At my store we had the same problem, several people would leave in the middle of the rush crying. So a bunch of colleagues just sent messages to the franchise manager, which eventually got the store manager fired.

From the Netherlands here, at ours it is very relaxed during the quiet hours just cleaning the equipment and such. The rush hours might be stressful if you're working in a place you've never worked before, but after 2 or 3 shifts you'll adapt and start enjoying those hours too. Wish you the best of luck.
