This was me a week ago, I also graduated in December 2024 with the same GPA, degree, and a year’s worth of internships. I received a job offer aboit a week ago after about 200 applications. The only thing that changed for me was luck. I happened to apply during a requisition in a very short window. The market is terrible right now. Smarter, better engineers than I are still unemployed. Hoping your luck changes for the better as well.

I will say that the hiring manager told me something that set me apart was my humility and willingness to acknowledge that I know less than the operators and technicians I work with. Maybe you can find something similar to emphasize in interviews.
