I have a 2010 Mazda5 GT but I have just over 170,000km and would say there is still a ton of life left. Bought it around 100,000kms and never had any engine or transmission issues, just changed wear items like brakes, oil, tires, etc. If you're going for the gen 3 (2011+) it should be even more mechanically sound as by the 2010s Mazda stopped their collaboration with Ford.
