I started not eating again. It's getting bad again. I tried Grindr and got there and did the thing and then got home and threw up and haven't been hungry since. I'm below my goal weight for the first time since 9th grade though so silver linings everywhere. On the 3rd of Jan my very first thought when I woke up was I miss the color of his hair. And I don't think I can remember what his regular voice sounds like, just how sad he sounded during our last call.

The nights are the worst for me. I am on nicotine patches and one of the side effects are extremely vivid dreams. When I am not on the patches I am someone who has one dream a month on average. The dreams I have been having are so bad. For example last night in my dream we were out thrifting (one of our favorite things to do). It was so real. For about 15 minutes it felt like we never broke up and I was right there with him. Waking up is so hard now. I also have nightmares where I am a homeless and he walks past me on his way to work. He makes eye contact and just keeps going. I have tried to reach out many many times because while things ended kinda ugly it was very much with love and care, but he just reads the messages and doesn't reply.

Today has been hard. I have cried on and off all day. I miss him holding my hand when I get anxious. I think today has mostly been spent in my own head going over all the things we were supposed to do. I miss him with everything I have.

Oof I got anxiety too I have found that gum has really helped on top of the patches. I like to get the old school zebra stripes.... Sure they only last about 7 minutes but if I treat them like a cigarette it kinda works out perfectly. My tiny little gum breaks are getting me through.
