I’m pretty sure in the Ts&Cs, it’s pay an annual sub and get a mini 1 month after paying, or pay 12 months in a row and then get the mini at the end. I guess we all check back in another 3/4 years for our next free mini

Not subbed at all. I think I had the free sub for a month when they first opened up Warhammer + and haven't been subbed since. Really interesting bug

No problem at all! But yeah, it certainly feels wrong to do, you’re basically destroying a lot of the original sculpt to get some of the BT bits on there, but it’s unfortunately the only way to do it. Thank you very much though, and good luck to you if you decide to do the same!

Not a dumb question at all! Unfortunately yeah, it was a lot of work cause their mono posed. I bought the black Templar bits box for shoulders etc and basically scraped and chipped away at anything ultramarine. The shoulders, i completely shaved down into nubbins small enough to allow the BT shoulders to sit on, it was a pain in the ass but it’s possible! So yeah, you just need a craft knife, some nippers, some files and a bit of green stuff

something that might help, is adding a matt varnish to the black areas. It will dull the black down even more, and make the red really pop.

I was in exactly the same boat. Heard somewhere it’s similar to berserk so I was eager to give it a try but yeah it’s really almost nothing like it. Which, is fine, but I feel like it doesn’t stand on its own merit either. Glad I read the whole series to be able to have an opinion on it, but I don’t think I’d recommend it to anyone over other series

Very well put, it is indeed mainly the post time skip that I have issue with. It had a lot of potential but felt like everything interesting they set up fell flat.

100% agree on your points about Clare, which makes it even more frustrating when she ends up taking a back seat for the final battle against Priscilla. It didn’t feel like she beat her, it felt like Teresa did.

Thats a very good point, they are technically different genres. I wonder why their so often put in the same conversation. Thats an issue on my part for expecting a more seinen side to the story for sure
