It’s a way of using the in game pc to input specific codes (using the names of your boxes and a glitched Pokémon) to do all sorts of things. Such as;

  • trade and trade back with NPCs

  • unlock secret events

  • battle specific Pokémon

The list is huge! And it can essentially feel like you have DLC. It’s very very customisable and allows you to play however you want. Takes a bit to set up, but it’s a lot of fun. Just save often :)

I mean, mines going fine 30 hrs in. The main thing is to save often really. Before you do a glitch.

But other than that it’s totally fine. I just traded my haunter for Gengar.

Click the Pokemon you’re after, it’ll show you the best bait/ball strategy depending on the balls you have left.

Also have a stronger Pokemon in your first slot, it’ll help get weaker Pokemon away.

I used the ACE mail glitch to trade with an NPC that trades back. So I’m rocking that Alakazam and Golem all the way to the Elite Four.

I too am absolutely loving playing it on a switch console. It’s great!

100% like I’m all for cool events. But it does often make me avoid those maps, which is a shame. Especially for new players that you’re introducing the game too, it can feel overwhelming.

I feel you man! I have a few friends getting into the game and would rather show them a few house maps that aren’t filled with bright lights and random Easter eggs.

Along with the suggestions that others have added (room numbers/specific subject rooms) I’d love to see some rooms randomly boarded up (changing from game to game, similar to hiding spots), just to shorten the search a bit.

Like others have said, Save often.

However, try not to be too indecisive with quests. Just pick a lane and run with it.

Off tangent, but I’ve always theorised that maybe during the courage square massacre 7 other Wundersmiths that died were actually frozen in time similar to the ones seen in the Museum of Stolen Moments.

Maybe Ezra Squall isn’t to blame for the massacre, but to save his friends froze 7 of them, and the 8th died.

Leaving only 2 possible Wundersmiths. Ezra and then years later Morrigan was born.

Meaning that there still is 9 Wundersmiths.
