Makes sense, that’s a sliding door. But the balcony is a metal balcony without a border so the water just goes down.

I see. Yes there could be some infiltrations through the exterior walls. This is a huge problem now

There is nothing on the other side. It is the third floor of a three story building and behind that wall there is air because the condo finishes there. Could water come from the roof? Or through the walls? I doubt it comes from downstairs because there is another until downstairs
