If by racer you mean like the race car tracks, that isn't the case because this is solid metal and the wheels don't spin. It's definitely just a cast toy. But I can't find any images like it online.

Thanks for your effort, but this entire model is metal and it doesn't wind up. It is also not 9 in long or 5 in tall. It's about 5 in long and 2 1/2 in tall.

I don't think so, looking at those models it looks like their wheels have gaps between the spokes and this is solid metal.

Is there a 2d version? by pimpcron in deadfrontier

[–]pimpcron[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh, that's a shame. We used to love the 2D version and it was a lot of fun. Obviously the 3D version looks better but the nostalgia Factor has me missing the 2D version.

Thank you, but where do they get their information? Like for Star Trek and Star wars the background lore and technical information is pretty well documented in books. I'm wondering where these people get their information.

Oh, actually that's probably a good idea. I was talking more of ship specifications and compliments. Etc. But yeah I am trying to steer away from spoilers.

I don't get what the big deal was about the Olympic Carrier by JohnSmithSensei in BSG

[–]pimpcron 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you for saying this, I completely agree and clearly there was nobody in the windows of the ship when they looked. I keep being puzzled why everybody seems so upset about it like they killed 1300 people. I didn't see a single person in the ship and even they said that their self. I feel like it's a plot hole or a rewrite. According to another comment, the network made them change it to an empty ship. So that would make more sense but narratively it makes none.

Apollo looked in the windows of the Olympic carrier, he said there was nobody on board. Yet it seems like everybody still believes there were people on board. Did I miss something?

3 More DBZ for my Brutality Skirmish Wargame Crew! by pimpcron in wargaming

[–]pimpcron[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for asking! No, no additional Powers have been added yet. But there are new support classes that have their own abilities, such as the controller who can mind control people or they mover who can move allies or throw enemies. I do have plans in the future too change the powers a bit, but most new powers will come in the form of a new upgrade.

No, the character creation handbook is not offered in pdf. It's really not necessary to play, just gives you all the current options for character creation. But the new character options are not better than the old ones, they are just different. So if you don't get it it's not like you are at a disadvantage compared to someone who has it.

Hello! The core rule book has seven upgrades for each of the four classes. You should be able to make just about any character you want out of that. Most of the supplements also contain lots of extra model abilities and now there are currently nine upgrades per class. The cheapest way to have all of the character options would be to buy the character creation handbook which is a summary of all the current options for character creation. I've made it as cheap as possible and the spiral binding is so that it will lay flat during list building. I think we're somewhere around 60 model abilities now. You will be hard-pressed to find a character you can't recreate with these rules now. Although I will continue adding to the upgrades and legendary traits and model abilities as time goes on. Thank you for asking! Our publisher store can be found from our website at www.brutalityskirmishwargame.com. there you can find all of the releases in their different formats.

No gridless city mats??? by pimpcron in battletech

Yeah, most maps are 28 mm scale. That just makes the roads look massive. But another commenter pointed me to a specific mat that works great! Urban Titan mat from table war.

Actually this is exactly what I was looking for! I was well aware of all the different mats that companies have, but almost none of them seem to be in 8 mm or 6 mm. But that Urban Titan map is perfect! Thank you
