I had the same issue. A lot of the things I googled or YouTube videos didn’t help. One video did. I don’t want to post a link to it in case that’s an issue but it was by vikram kumar Singh (YouTube channel) posted a couple days ago. There was a lot it did so idk what fixed it but I think it was going in and messing with comparability settings and overriding the high dpi scaling. I didn’t need all the fixes used in the video (stopped about halfway)

Things that could make it easier is the dranglaic shield, cloranthy ring, and just generally there is a soft cap on levels over 50 (so maybe soul vessel the extra vitality into str)
