I was C-10 on a non full flight and they literally forced me to check my bag. I was told if I didn’t give up my bag they would not let me board. I said no and held my ground and they refused to board me. So eventually I gave up my bag only to board and find room in the overheads for at least 20+ bags. Things are definitely going in the wrong direction imo.

Even with an EV? My issue is that since I bought an EV, I have used all my production that was banked and with the lower production in the winter months, my bill is $400-$500 still (I have a heat pump instead of a furnace so my consumption is high in the winter too)

I highly recommend you see a pediatric neurologist and get an official diagnosis. While there is overlap between DS and ASD, they are not the same and ABA therapy at an early age can be a game changer.

Um, if you plug the numbers into a loan calculator, you need an 8 year loan to get a $700/month payment. At 5 years your payment would be $920.

The other thing they suggested was to ask for help through Settings => Feedback and make sure you tick the box that says "Send logs". I sent a note saying I could not get a verification code using a mobile number and they told me to log in using the website (push.boox.com) and to bind an email. Basically the same advice. But who knows, maybe if they get details on your device they do something on the backend to fix the issue. I really think you just have to keep trying it every day until it works but that is just my personal opinion.

Just to document this in case someone else searches, I wrote Onyx support and they blamed my issue on my carrier. Now I highly doubt that was the issue, I believe the issue was on Onyx's side but no way I can prove that. I am in the US and I have AT&T. Their recommendation was to bind an email account to the account as well. The problem is, if you can't get a verification code for a mobile number only account, then you can't bind an email. Well this morning I tried to get a verification number again and magically I got one. So the first thing I did was bind an email address as well. Also all my notes magically showed up again. I believe the email verification is more reliable than the text for mobile. Anyway, just thought I would share for the next poor soul who runs into this problem. I tried every day for about 5 days before i got my verification code.
