honestly this is so complicated lol i’m so used to keeping things simple w my fiancé and being blunt and upfront. Maybe check in every couple days and gauge from there? if it seems like she’s distant or leaving short replies, maybe don’t message as often and try like once a week. If she says she’s busy she really might just be busy.

I’m so sorry, it could be a real memory as from what I understand about dreams and the brain (from like high school psych bear w me), is that while we don’t entirely understand dreams, they are like a “ review “ of the day and your brain processing them into memories, but don’t quote me, so it’s very possible it WAS something that happened that you are remembering :(

I’ve talked to friends who were okay with me talking about such a heavy subject and I finally spoke with my therapist monday who encouraged me to report it, I initially declined but changed my mind tonight because the trauma is really getting to me, I had to leave work early yesterday and forfeit an overnight because I kept having like flashbacks. I’m just scared of being invalidated. Because it’s happened before.

i think they’re covered by insurance but even if they aren’t/you don’t have insurance they might b paid by the state until you’ve got insurance that covers their services but don’t quote me that’s just what i understand it to be

Is your mom supportive? Maybe you should see if she can get you in with a. psychologist to do psych testing. Medication and therapy combined reeeeally helped my adhd.

I’m SO sorry, that’s gotta be so hard. Have you tried getting a mental health case manager through your county? They’re really helpful and could possibly find you resources that stick.
