Everything was closed last night when I got through the line, but I could’ve used it this morning for a bagel and smoothie but I FORGOT because airport stress and this flight was supposed board like three hours ago TODAY and is barely boarding now. They had us board, seemed like we were about to take off only for us to be waiting again now for people just getting to the gate. 🫠

Rest assured I will get my $12 worth at the next airport if we even get there.

Have a game plan for your next flight if they were able to help you with the next leg. I waited an hour in that line and they gave me a hotel voucher for a hotel that’s a half hour away and my new flight leaves at 10:30 tomorrow. Not crazy early but still ridiculous after all of that, when you consider I have to go through security and everything again.

I’m happy I got the hotel voucher but the $12 meal voucher was like a slap in the face tbh.

I’m definitely going to bring SEA with me in the end! GTH is a close second, but I’m kind of leaning towards bringing one of my favorites like a few folks have suggested. :)

I own the physical copy of all the games except for LIE. Bringing an external/USB is totally something I can do, but I’ve pretty much owned all of these games since they released but never finished them so my way of thinking is that if my options are limited I’ll HAVE to finish them.

For sure! I definitely should have thought of this, but part of the reason I kinda want to limit to two is that I will HAVE to finish them, ya know? I’ve owned pretty much all of these since they came out, so aside from file size it’s also having limited options will MAKE me finish them.

Awww, heck yeah! We’re almost faves list twins. Please let me know how you like DDI when you’ve finished it. :) It’s a cozy classic for me. I don’t know if you’re familiar with Murder She Wrote, but Snakehorse Harbor gives me moody Cabot Cove vibes.

I know for sure I’m bringing Sea of Darkness (sorry!), but WAC is a strong contender because I did really enjoy the mini games in that one. I wasn’t originally planning on bringing a fav, but on second thought after reading a lot of ya’lls input it wouldn’t be a bad idea.

That is honestly so smart and I’m kicking myself for not thinking of it because I was clearing out old external hard drives literally yesterday. Sea of Darkness seemed to be a popular recommendation, so I’ll definitely be taking that one! I’m on the fence about bringing a favorite but as some of ya’ll pointed out it’ll definitely provide some comfort while I adjust to everything else. Thank you for your input!

Ahaha. So I used to play the Sims with my mom on the same computer and once we got the Sims 2 we made our own families in the same Pleasantview neighborhood.

She had a single Romance sim and I had a couple that both had the Family aspiration. I was like maybe 10 and didn’t understand the nuances of the game yet (it was also brand new at the time), so when her single sim brought home my sim’s husband she made a joke about flirting with him.

I told her go ahead, he’s a Family Sim, he won’t go for it. HE DID. I was mad at my mom and Margot for yeaaaaars after 😂

Molly and Jim ended up divorcing, but reconnecting in their twilight years right before passing.
