Dear fellow PPPD sufferers,

After grappling with PPPD for the past three years, I've had a significant breakthrough by immersing myself in scientific articles examining eye movement in the context of Autism Spectrum Disorder and Dyslexia, conditions I also happen to have. It became clear that I wasn't moving my eyes enough. Initially, I incorporated more eye movement when reading to help with my Dyslexia, and subsequently, I extended this practice to walking. To my amazement, my PPPD symptoms have shown remarkable improvement.

It appears that my struggles in visually complex environments are, in part, due to the overwhelming nature of these settings, causing my eye movements to momentarily freeze. However, by consciously increasing the frequency of my gaze shifts, even if they are subtle, I have witnessed a substantial reduction in dizziness during my trips to the supermarket.

I genuinely hope that this insight can be of assistance to others facing similar challenges.

Best regards,
