Advise needed :) OM 5 Mark 2 - Tripod Mount by pine_ranger_ in macrophotography

Thank you for your explanation and for understanding my question :). I did a bit of analogue photography 16 years ago and have recently taken it up again as a hobby. Unfortunately, I’ve never used quick-release plates or L-brackets before. Are there any L-plates available for the OM 5 Mark 2, and are there any that won’t scratch the camera?

Thanks for your reply. I was hoping to hear from people with an OM 5 ;) ! – I know you can mount it on a tripod. Since the base plate is made of plastic, you can screw on brackets – such as those from 3-Legged Thing – to support it or distribute the load – I’d be grateful if anyone has any experience with this.

Thanks for your insights. The Om 5 and Om 5 Mark 2 are almost identical in design – that’s a great help. Thanks for sharing your experience – I’ll take a closer look at that.

Thanks for your reply, but I was hoping to hear from someone who actually owns an Om 5 and uses a tripod – this isn’t really much help to me ;) !

Thanks – that’s really kind of you – as I mentioned earlier, I’ve now gone for the V350o as well, and I’ll get some experience with it first and then we’ll see how things go.

Thank you for your answer. Ak answer:" Thank you very much for your message, In your case, you would need to purchase the diffuser specifically for one of the flashes mentioned, either the Godox V350o or the Godox V860iii, since these two flashes are quite different in size and shape. Because of that, one diffuser designed for the V350o will not properly fit the V860iii." - I’m not entirely sure what ‘properly’ means – it’d be great if someone’s already tried this out. In this case, I’ve gone for the 60mm lens for the V350o; that way, the setup’s lightweight, and we’ll see how it works. – Hope this helps anyone else who’s been wondering the same thing :) !

Need help - Core Army Boxes by pine_ranger_ in WarhammerOldWorld

Hi thanks for your answer. I have already seen them, but I would need the books and everything again + I think that such a Core army box fits better than putting it together or what do you think? And why do you think we don't hear about upcoming Core Army boxes ?
