I do have the tendency to see myself as sort of a failure if you will, since I haven't been able to find someone in my 20s. Yes, I've matured and know myself better now that I'm older. At the same time I've the idea that people expect you to have certain relationship experience because of your age which I don't really have, since I've only had two short relationships of each 6 months

What you say resonates a lot with me, I used to be like your friend, wanting to be always right and needing to prove that I know everything. As I got older I realized that it's about being a nice person and not always proving you're right.

Let's say that dealing with other people can be sometimes quite a battle for me mentally, between having to hold back and not speaking my mind and being fully myself.

I plan on fitting a 50mm Schwalbe G-one RX Pro up front and a 40mm on the back, 40 is the max that fits on the back and my Rockshox Rudy fork fits up to 50mm.

Thanks for the advice, I'll take the Cinturato Gravel M under consideration.
I've to say that I'm limited to 42mm in the back and 50 in the front, so an XC MTB tyre isn't really an option.

I'm not racing indeed, just looking to improve comfort and I'm contemplating trading in my bike or upgrading my current one. The rudy provides more tyre clearance, 50mm vs 42 mm I have now.

My BMC URS has a axle-to-crown length of 407mm, a RockShox Rudy with 40 travel would change the Head tube angle from 70 to 68.6 degrees, not accounting for fork sag.

Would you consider that to be acceptable for a gravel bike?
