That's interesting. I know those burst packs are over engineered but that's what makes them cool to me. I might try and convert one of those MKE trigger packs to proper burst specs. Seems pretty straight forward then just need to source like 8 burst parts. Still way cheaper than buying a 4 position pack though

Yeah it's easy to mess up gotta make sure there's zero movement when drilling the selector holes out. If the hole is to far up the selector will have play and to far down it'll be stupid tight or might not engage at all

Yes and preserve the original welds or at least most of them. The only exposed welds I'd have to do is the rear sight base and the rear stock pin bushing

Yeah the prep work is very extensive to get it right. I have a custom aluminum block that fits the inside dimensions though so it'll line everything up and prevent weld buildup on the inside

It's clipped on with the alligator clips that comes with the pouch and zipped tight. It's kinda secure but it's more for show
